"Because of Generation Girl, I explored more about STEM. There’re many things that can be optimized with technology and many problems that can be solved with it! For those reasons, I decided to pursue a career in Computer Science/Data Science. I also got a scholarship and accelerated Bachelor/Master degree offer by RIT, resulted by the help of Generation Girl! Generation Girl has a major impact on my life’s decision. Thank you Generation Girl for helping me finding my path!"

Former Holiday Club Rookie | Rochester Institute of Technology Scholarship Awardee
"As a rookie without prior knowledge in coding, I got the chance to learn and make my own projects, including building a website, UI/UX, and Python.
Generation Girl somehow managed to wrap all the seemingly difficult subjects in a way that is understandable and even made the rookies hooked inside the learning process, not to mention, the people in Generation Girl were all so welcoming and I made a lot of new friends! Overall, Generation Girl provides a learning hub where the fun curriculum and amazing people blend which made my STEM learning experience very memorable 💕

“Generation Girl introduced me to a lot of amazing people: from the Generation Girl team, mentors, volunteers, and fellow rookies as well! The time I spent with Generation Girl is one of the reason I had the courage to pursue STEM in university. Knowing that there's a supportive and accepting community for women in STEM like Generation Girl, I feel more excited to explore and delve deeper into STEM. So thank you so so much for the unforgettable (and empowering!!) experience, Generation Girl! 💕 ”

“At first I was really confused about how to make a web and almost gave up, but with the help of the mentors I was able to enjoy and understand the topic. My mom only registered me for one week but I asked to extend because I really felt at home with the supportive environment, and I get to meet a lot of new friends as well!”
